That “wow, I’ve really let myself go” moment is pretty jarring. And it’s led more than a few of us to join the local gym and maybe even sign up for on-site personal training.
But by the time you’re done tending to everyone else’s needs… you’re too dog-tired to even think about driving to the gym… changing in a smelly locker room… and having a personal trainer drag you around the workout area like you’re on display!
So after a while, you started missing a training appointment here and there… and eventually, you stopped going altogether.
Don’t worry, it happens to the best of us.
